- Data about tracks and server limits is stored in memory and not shared with third parties.
- Downloaded audio files are temporarily stored in the downloads folder and automatically deleted after playback.
4. Information Sharing
- We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.
- Data may only be used for the Bot's operation and supporting its functionality.
5. Cookies and Tracking
- The Bot does not use cookies and does not track activity outside of Discord servers and voice channels.

Welcome! By using this Discord bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Bot.
1. Use of the Bot
- The Bot is provided as is for playing music and providing song lyrics.
- You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and within Discord's rules.
- You are responsible for any actions performed through your Discord account using the Bot.
2. Limitations
- Most servers have a track playback limit of 50 tracks per 24 hours.
- There are no limits on the developer's server.
- Violating limits or attempting to bypass them may result in blocking or restricting access to the Bot.
3. Intellectual Property
- All rights to music, lyrics, and media belong to their respective rights holders.
- The Bot does not claim rights to the content you play.
4. Security
- The Bot can connect to voice channels on your server.
- We do not collect your passwords and do not have access to Discord personal information except what is necessary for the Bot's operation (user ID, name, avatar).
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Bot is provided without warranties. The developer is not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Temporary Bot operation failures
- Copyright infringement by third parties
